FAQ
Common questions.
Who can join?
Former members of TAMECT (the Texas A&M Emergency Care Team) and TAMU EMS. If you're not sure whether your time counts, add your name and tell us what you did. We'd rather include you than guess.
Is this an official Texas A&M group?
No. This is an independent alumni effort. We're not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Texas A&M University, its EMS programs, or the Association of Former Students.
Does it cost anything?
No. Joining the list is free, and we aren't asking anyone for money.
Why did I get a confirmation email?
To make sure the address is really yours. Anyone can type an email into a web form, so we ask you to confirm before we send you anything. If it doesn't arrive, check your spam folder.
What do you do with my information?
We use it to email you about this group and to build a roster. We don't sell it or show it on this site. The details are on the privacy page.
How do I unsubscribe or have my information deleted?
Every email has an unsubscribe link. To have your information deleted, email us and a person will take care of it.
When is the reunion?
Not decided yet. We'd like your input on where and when, on the reunions page.
Can I donate?
Not yet. The group isn't a legal entity, so we can't responsibly take money. There's more on the support page.
How do I find someone I served with?
Use Find a friend. We'll try to reach them and pass along that you're looking, without giving out anyone's contact details.
